This was followed by lots of unplanned eating.

How I started the unplanned eating was thus.
The dal had too much of garam masala and so I could not eat it. Sarika gave me some dal from the day before. Once I started eating stuff which had not been restricted by photographing it, slowly went downhill.

Basically skipped, though had nibbles from what others were having.
Had gone for the Bazaar at K International School and to avoid being tempted to savor too many kinds of food, abstained from eating.

Day 8: 22 Oct, Friday: 84.5

Breakfast:

- some namkeen
- 1 cup of tea

Week 1: 86.5 ~ 84.5 (2 kg)

Finished the first week on this program.

Not such a good week from the focus point of view - slipped twice into random eating binges.

But good from the weight loss point of view - lost 2 kilograms.

Let us be more careful for the coming week, and hopefully we can lose between 1.5 to 2 kilograms.

Day 7: 21 Oct, Thursday: 85.0

Starting a Diet Plan


Starting a diet plan again.

In Jan-Feb this year, lost 8 kilos (86.7 to 78.7)
Regained nearly all of them from March to mid October.



















Current weight is 86.5 kilos.

Target is to come down to less than 75 before the end of this year.
